1. RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE
All items are not eligible for return, refund & exchange, as all sales are final. 


2. Are all the items you sell authentic?
RED30 only sell 100% authentic product.  We do not deal with fakes or counterfeits products.  We do guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. 


3. How long will it take for my domestic order to arrive?
Domestic customers typically receive their purchases within 1-3 business days and we ship most of the orders via Pos Laju or Gdex. Customers will receive an email or message with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Logistic risk will be bear by the buyer during the shipping process.


4. How long does it take for an international order to arrive? 
International orders will take an estimate of around 14 to 21 working days to arrive. We ship all of our international orders via Post Malaysia international services with tracking numbers. Customer will receive an email containing the tracking number once the order had been shipped. Logistic risk will be bear by the buyer during the shipping process.


5. Why was my order canceled?
There are several reasons for an order being canceled.  We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled and provide you with an explanation.  Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.


6. Is there any replenishment of stock after an item had been sold out?

There will be some replenishment upon demand and order for our customer. However, this will not apply to all of our products due to the nature of the scarcity of the product itself. To avoid this, place an order with us as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience.


7. My question is not on the list. Where can I get an answer?
